Larry
"I was introduced to Crossfit after my wife and son attended Lisa's bootcamp one year ago. They kept coming home and talking about these great workouts. I had worked out off and on for several years, but had never experienced anything like a crossfit workout. The workouts pack a maximum amount of intensity into a minimum amount of time, often 20 minutes or less. They challenge you to do more, to lift more, and to go faster. They improve your strength, flexibility, speed, and balance. A year ago I never would have imagined that I could continue to improve at my age and to be in the best shape of my life." Larry

"In August 2004 I went to my first Crossfit bootcamp, hoping to lose some weight and improve my workouts. When Lisa said do as many pushups as you can in one minute I laughed - I've never been able to do a real pushup. Then when she said do as many pullups as you can in one minute, I thought she's dreaming. I'll never be able to do even one. It's physically impossible!! By the end of six weeks I was doing real pushups and now a year later pullups have become reality." -Denise-

"I had my 60th birthday during my first session of BootCamp with Lisa and I was a little unsure of what to expect being the oldest one in the group. Lisa is a terrific motivator and your strongest supporter when you feel you can't do anymore! Now, I've just finished my third session and thanks to Lisa and CrossFit bootCamp I feel better than I have in years. My energy has really increased - I can now keep up with my grandkids and play sports with them without tiring so easily! I've also enjoyed improved flexibility, better mobility, and I feel stronger! Overall I am just much healthier than I was - and the icing on the cake is that I also lost a few inches! Thanks Lisa!" -Iva-

"Bootcamp has provided me with changes in my confidence and my body that I did not have before. I have noticed a complete change in my body in the fact that I have a much more toned look, and more of a physically fit look in my body. I have also had a change in my confidence. At the begining of bootcamp I could barely run a mile and couldn't even do a pull up, now I consistenly run 3 to 4 miles two times a week and a pull is no longer unattainable. Bootcamp has given me the confidence that I can be stronger and it has given me the motivation to keep setting goals for myself once the previous ones have been attained."

Gail"I used to be very athletic until about 1 yr before I had my baby. Since then I haven't had the motivation to workout. Bootcamp has done that for me. It has given me the motivation I need to get up exercise. CrossFit Bootcamp has taught me that it only take a few intense minutes a day to get a good cardio and strenght workout. And that makes me feel great." -Gail-

Deborah

Margie and Deborah

"BootCamp first and foremost provided a vehicle to make me accountable for maintaining my committment to an exercise plan. With small classes, and truly interested instructors, it's impossible to fall between the cracks, or to get lost in the sea of faces to the extent that your absence is not noted. Secondly, the formula of simple exercises in certain combinations with high intensity has produced such encouraging results for me, although I have only just begun on the road to better health through fitness. The CrossFit program works, period." -Deborah-

Diane

-Diane, known for her perfect push-ups-

"I like the variation of the work-out, the group support and the fact that I have gained strength that I never gained all the years I've been working out on my own. I also like getting a really good work out in a short period of time."
-Diane-

Kelly

"Well, I can honestly say that bootcamp was a BIG starting point for me!! The first day of camp I wasn't expecting to run a mile...and to be honest....I couldn't without stopping. But since going to Sergeant Lisa's bootcamp, I have been running consistently and 6 months ago ran my first marathon.....26.2 miles!!!!! Thanks, Lisa for all of your motivation and for making me want to be better!!"
